- Email Address: Used for payment processing and account identification
- Telegram Information: Your Telegram chat ID and username to send appointment alerts
- Location Preferences: Up to 3 Global Entry enrollment center locations you want to monitor
- Appointment Date: Your current appointment date to determine which earlier slots to alert you about
- Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe (we do not store credit card details)
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Service usage data (alerts sent, notification logs)
- Account status and subscription information
- Refund processing data
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Monitor Global Entry appointment availability at your selected locations
- Send you Telegram notifications when earlier appointments become available
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Provide automatic refunds if we don't find appointments within 60 days
- Communicate with you about your service status
- Improve and optimize our service
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Third-Party Services
4.1 Stripe
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe collects and processes your payment information according to their Privacy Policy.
4.2 Telegram
We use Telegram's Bot API to send you appointment alerts. Telegram's Privacy Policy governs their handling of your data.
4.3 Supabase
We use Supabase for secure data storage. Your information is stored in compliance with their Privacy Policy.
4.4 U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)
We query publicly available appointment data from the CBP API. We do not access, collect, or store any of your personal Global Entry application information.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information:
- During your active 60-day monitoring period
- For up to 90 days after subscription expiration for refund processing and support
- As required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., financial records)
